Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use minime.bot. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that use of this service is legal in your jurisdiction. minime.bot does not operate in jurisdictions where prediction market trading is prohibited.

2. Risk Disclosure

IMPORTANT: Copy trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any source wallet does not guarantee future results. You may lose all funds in your trading wallet. minime.bot is an automation tool only — we do not provide investment advice, financial advice, or trading recommendations. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.

3. Private Key Custody

To operate the bot, you provide your Polygon wallet private key. This key is encrypted with AES-256 before storage and is used solely to execute copy trades on your behalf. minime.bot staff will never access your private key directly. You acknowledge that providing your private key carries inherent risk and you do so voluntarily.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are paid in cryptocurrency via NowPayments. Payments are non-refundable once processed.
• Subscriptions expire at the end of the paid period and do not auto-renew.
• Prices are quoted in USD; actual cryptocurrency amounts are determined at time of payment.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 7 days notice.

5. Service Availability

minime.bot makes no guarantees of uptime or availability. The service depends on third-party infrastructure including Alchemy, Polymarket, and Polygon network. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, network congestion, or third-party failures.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use minime.bot for:

• Money laundering or sanctions evasion.
• Market manipulation or wash trading.
• Any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• Accessing the service if you are in a restricted jurisdiction (including residents of the United States where Polymarket is restricted).

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your encrypted private key will be deleted from our servers within 30 days.

8. Intellectual Property

minime.bot and all related technology are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during your subscription period. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, minime.bot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where minime.bot operates. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions are waived.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via the dashboard.
