You must be at least 21 years old to use minime.bot. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that use of this service is legal in your jurisdiction. minime.bot does not operate in jurisdictions where prediction market trading is prohibited.
IMPORTANT: Copy trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any source wallet does not guarantee future results. You may lose all funds in your trading wallet. minime.bot is an automation tool only — we do not provide investment advice, financial advice, or trading recommendations. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.
minime.bot does not ask you to submit a raw wallet private key. Depending on the wallet path you choose, trades are signed through a user-authorized session signer or a Privy-managed wallet reference. Authenticated withdrawal requests use the protected owner-signing path and may transfer supported assets to the destination you confirm.
minime.bot makes no guarantees of uptime or availability. The service depends on third-party infrastructure including Polymarket and the Polygon network. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, network congestion, or third-party failures.
You may not use minime.bot for:
When you authorize live automated trading via the per-session consent modal, MiniMe.bot records your authorization — source wallet, bet size, defense filter selections, and timestamp — for the lifetime of your account. These records exist as an audit trail for your protection: they are your record of what you agreed to, on what terms, on which day. You may request export of your consent records at any time. After account closure, the records are retained only as pseudonymized consent evidence under the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms. minime.bot does not store your raw wallet private key. You may close your account yourself at any time; account data and stored wallet references are handled under the deletion and retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
minime.bot and all related technology are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during your subscription period. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, minime.bot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where minime.bot operates. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions are waived.
Account deletion and data retention are governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via the dashboard.
