You must be at least 21 years old to use minime.bot. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that use of this service is legal in your jurisdiction. minime.bot does not operate in jurisdictions where prediction market trading is prohibited.
IMPORTANT: Copy trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any source wallet does not guarantee future results. You may lose all funds in your trading wallet. minime.bot is an automation tool only — we do not provide investment advice, financial advice, or trading recommendations. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.
To operate the bot, you provide your Polygon wallet private key. This key is encrypted with AES-256 before storage and is used solely to execute copy trades on your behalf. minime.bot staff will never access your private key directly. You acknowledge that providing your private key carries inherent risk and you do so voluntarily.
minime.bot makes no guarantees of uptime or availability. The service depends on third-party infrastructure including Polymarket and the Polygon network. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, network congestion, or third-party failures.
You may not use minime.bot for:
When you authorize live automated trading via the per-session consent modal, MiniMe.bot records your authorization — source wallet, bet size, defense filter selections, and timestamp — for the lifetime of your account. These records exist as an audit trail for your protection: they are your record of what you agreed to, on what terms, on which day. You may request export of your consent records at any time, and they are deleted along with your account if you request account closure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your encrypted private key will be deleted from our servers within 30 days. You may close your account yourself at any time; closing your account cascade-deletes your trade consent records and your user record in a single transaction. Partial deletion cannot occur.
minime.bot and all related technology are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during your subscription period. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, minime.bot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where minime.bot operates. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions are waived.
Account deletion and data retention are governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via the dashboard.
